042: Be With People That Celebrate Your Growth

Have you ever found yourself in a situation where you had to make a pivotal decision in your life, one that resonated deeply with your core beliefs at that moment?

Yet, when you began to share your decision with others, you found their perspectives so wildly contrasting with yours that it led you to question the validity of your own choice.

The feeling is akin to a harsh, cold wave crashing over you, washing away your confidence and leaving you stranded in a sea of self-doubt.

This awful sensation intensifies when you allow others' opinions to dictate the course of your life, and the internal dialogue in your head turns into your worst nightmare. This struggle can be incredibly painful, reducing your self-esteem to less than nothing, leaving you feeling lost and adrift.

When you're on the verge of making a significant decision that could drastically alter your life's course, it's crucial to be mindful and cautious about whose advice you consider.

We often turn to those we hold dear for advice, individuals with whom we share strong emotional ties. These individuals, however, often have firm opinions about how we should live our lives, opinions formed based on their own life experiences.

However we should seek for advice of people who have what we want and have been where we are and that hold few emotions about you and your current situation.

Significant changes often lead to feelings of instability and confusion, and a profound sense of being ungrounded. The familiar foundations you once relied on are no longer present, making the experience challenging to navigate.

Recently, I've undergone significant changes in my life, to the point where my entire foundation has been shaken and nothing familiar remains. Managing all these changes has been exceptionally challenging.

There are moments when I still find myself deeply engaged in this challenge, attempting to rationalize an experience that defies explanation. It's a deeply personal, intuitive journey that I'm currently unable to adequately express in words, making it difficult for others to fully comprehend.

I am currently in a phase of intense personal growth, discovering aspects of myself that I would likely have remained unaware of without these experiences. I can feel my strength growing, along with my capacity to experience deep emotions.

I am learning to embrace the unexplainable, to find beauty in my challenges, and to provide comfort and support to myself when no one else is around.

Despite the numerous challenges I am currently navigating, I am developing a profound love for the person I am becoming. This emerging self is a woman who communicates effectively, shares openly, and establishes clear boundaries. She responds thoughtfully rather than reacting impulsively. Although this isn't always successful, the continuous effort and presence are there.

I am here to provide support and celebrate your growth as you choose evolution over comfort. My role is to assist you in managing your most challenging emotions, helping you maintain your direction towards your goals. I am dedicated to ensuring that you continue to move forward, rather than reverting to old patterns.

At Sacred Business, our mission is clear: we provide support to entrepreneurs who continually choose growth. We assist individuals seeking to express their unique gifts authentically, those who are forging their own unique paths. We stand beside people who harbor a deep love for life and have a desire to fully experience and understand themselves in every aspect. We celebrate a well lived life.

The most powerful thing you can do to grow your business is to work on yourself. The inner work is the goal, and your business expansion is just part of the path.

With Love,

Carolina

Happenings

Barcelona!! Here we go!

I am thrilled to announce that I've secured tickets for an upcoming trip in October, which I am incredibly enthusiastic about! Myself and eight friends are embarking on a journey to Barcelona in order to celebrate life and our enduring friendship.

We've been friends since our high school days and have managed to maintain our connection through a highly active WhatsApp group chat. I deeply appreciate our ability to stay in touch despite the geographical distance.

We've taken diverse paths in life, but the joy we find in our reunions never ceases to amaze me.

Celebrating WHO

Regena Thomashauer

I am celebrating the work from a remarkable woman who stands out due to her unique and authentic approach. She aims to encourage others, particularly women, to explore their sexuality as a form of sacred creativity. This topic, often neglected and suppressed, is brought to light with her genuine, inspiring, and enjoyable discussions. Tapping into this force is a powerful source of growth. Here is What I Want to Share This Week:

Embrace the Negative

I created this video some time ago, and I believe it delivers a vital message for those who are consciously choosing to progress and grow. It involves making decisions that you know will pose challenges, but you are ready to face them because you consistently choose evolution over stagnation.

Embracing negative experiences is crucial for conscious growth. We mustn't reject these experiences and limit ourselves to living only 50% of our lives. Instead, conscious growth asks that we step up, embracing 100% of life, fully accepting all experiences and emotions, both positive and negative, as they come.

The phrase "I think, therefore I am," coined by the French philosopher René Descartes in the 17th century, profoundly impacts how we navigate life. This statement makes us believe that who we are is based on our thoughts, and therefore, it makes us extremely attached to our minds,
