044: Who are you on the other side of pain?

Everything is falling apart. My body is in pain, and there's tension in my shoulders. My head feels as if it's about to explode. I sense my shallow breaths, my heart beating faster, and the urge to cry. There's a discomfort so profound that I don't know what to do with myself. I feel an overwhelming desire to disappear and run away.

After experiencing all these feelings and challenges, I found a profound sense of peace and stillness within me. I was able to separate myself from the emotions and difficulties I was encountering at that moment.

This detachment gave me a sense of freedom. If I can feel all these emotions, then I believe, I can do whatever I want.

I am not ready to fully share all the current challenges I have gone through. However, I am extremely proud of myself for creating all that I have created. I feel powerful and strong, and I know that if I could handle all that I did, I am capable of creating an even more amazing life experience. Because I choose to not fear pain or discomfort.

In every moment, we are presented with a decision: to accept life, liberate ourselves from fear, and let love guide our actions and thoughts; or to reject life's invitation to be part of its sacredness, stay detached, and prolong our suffering.

Regardless of our choice, life guarantees that we will evolve... whether we are ready for it or not.

In our harmony map assessment, we ask you to answer many questions related to nine essential frequencies. These frequencies are crucial for beginning a life guided by your heart and soul's desires.

One of the essential frequencies we focus on is Growth. This concept signifies stepping beyond your comfort zone, embracing the unfamiliar, and welcoming the uncertainty that comes with new beginnings. If you aspire to elevate your life experience to a higher level, it's necessary to embrace discomfort.

Why? Because true growth involves experiencing pain.

Imagine that you're running a successful business. You're financially stable, you're well-versed in your field, and you have a knack for attracting clients.

However, you've reached a point where this is no longer satisfying. You're yearning for more - you want to reveal more of your personality to your clients, you want to expand your reach to audiences that you previously thought were out of your league.

Embracing new ambitions necessitates a transformation of your persona, which is a complex process. You may be accustomed to being knowledgeable in your field, but venturing into uncharted territory can revert you to a learner's status.

Similarly, you may be used to earning a certain income from your current profession, but the new journey you wish to undertake could require you to diversify your professional visibility, which might initially result in a reduced income.

Going through these transformations is undoubtedly challenging, but it's necessary if you want to meet the new you, the you that's grown and transcended your current limitations. It's not the lack of knowledge that prevents people from taking the love led leap and elevating their life experience to a more abundant or fulfilled state.

Rather, it's the inability to handle the emotional rollercoaster that accompanies such transformative changes.

But rest assured, you desire to experience this pain, welcome the changes, and certainly yearn to encounter the evolved version of yourself that awaits you at the end of this transformative journey.

The feeling of accomplishment and tranquility one achieves is beyond measure. It's a profound sensation, a feeling of being in the right place, doing what you're destined to do. You crave this experience. You long to feel liberated, to express yourself genuinely from the heart, and to embrace your authenticity unapologetically.

Can you walk this path alone? Of course, you can! Do you need to do it all by yourself? No. How does it feel to receive emotional support while being offered strategies to transition or even transform your business into something your heart desires? This is the support we offer at Sacred Business. Don't wait to answer your soul's calling; the world wants you in your most authentic way.

You wouldn't want to go through life unaware of the person you could have evolved into, if only you had embraced the discomfort that true growth demands and had followed your heart.

With Love,

Carolina

Connecting to our Vision

Every quarter, Phil and I meet with great excitement to review our long-term goals. We discuss everything we've accomplished, as well as what we haven't, and delve into the reasons for our shortcomings.

This process fosters self-awareness and helps us maintain focus on what truly matters to us.

It's very easy to get distracted by shiny objects, and that can lead us to continually change the direction of our initial plan. By doing so, we disperse our energy and create a significant gap between where we are and where we want to be.

A few days ago, we revisited our 25-year vision and established an action plan for the next 90 days. It's not perfect, but it provides clear guidance.

Moments like these help me raise my vibration in the present moment, making me excited about what is and opening up even more to what is possible.

It's not about rigidly sticking to your plans, but having clear goals and breaking them down into small steps has proven extremely efficient for running a business like Sacred Business Flow.

Celebrating WHO

Juliana Rigol

I am celebrating my dear friend and amazing artist, Juliana. I have been witnessing and supporting her transformation for a while now, and I am very proud of who she is and who she is becoming.

Her message is powerful; she invites women to unleash their inner power from their womb.

She encourages us to accept that we are sexual beings and that we should harness the power that resides in sexuality without holding anything back.

She is a witch, an old soul, and a sweet human being. I look forward to meeting more people, both men and women, who are willing to live life the way she does. Most of her online work is in Portuguese but she does teach in english as well, if you want to check it out here is her instagram account: @jurigol_artist she is based in Victoria BC -Canada and she is building a beautiful community over there.

Here is What I Want to Share This Week:

The Caterpillar And The Butterfly

A man found a cocoon of a butterfly. One day a small opening appeared in the cocoon. Fascinated, he sat and watched the butterfly for several hours as it struggled to force its body through the little hole.

Then it seemed to stop making any progress. It appeared as if it had gotten as far as it could and could go no farther.

After waiting for some time, the man decided to help the butterfly.

He took a pair of scissors and nipped the remaining bit of the cocoon. The butterfly then emerged easily.

But alas, it did not unfurl its wings and fly gracefully away. The butterfly had a swollen body and shriveled wings. The man continued to watch the butterfly hoping that the wings would enlarge and expand to be able to support the body, which would contract in time.

Neither happened. In fact, the butterfly spent the rest of its life crawling around with a swollen body and deformed wings. It was never able to fly.

What the man in his kindness and haste did not understand was that the restricting cocoon and the struggle required for the butterfly to get through the small opening of the cocoon are nature’s way of forcing fluid from the body of the butterfly into its wings, so that it would be ready for flight once it achieved its freedom from the cocoon.

Often, you may find yourself cocooned in challenges, much like a caterpillar preparing for metamorphosis - enveloped in darkness, experiencing pain, and seemingly with no way out.

Hold tight. Wait. Breath.

There is no shortcut to avoid the pain. Just like the caterpillar cannot develop wings without undergoing full transformation within the cocoon, you too must endure the challenges.

As painful as it may seem, traversing through that small hole is the only path to freedom and transformation.
In my experience in the other side of pain and struggle I found freedom.

And it's through the struggle and pain that you discover the strength to persist on your journey towards realizing your true self. Just as a jellyfish needs to contract to propel itself forward, you too need these challenges to move ahead.

You don't need anyone to take you out of your struggle, you actually don't want that, you might want someone to remind you how strong and powerful you are.

And, after all the struggle and pain, you will fly with your beautiful wings instead of crawling with a swollen body. You will thank yourself for persevering.
